TaylorMade has updated the STEALTH 2 with a new 60X Carbon Twist Face that is 24 grams in weight and 2 grams lighter than the original STEALTH face, using sixty layers of carbon fibre that have been strategically designed to optimize energy transfer. The new face design in Stealth 2 features an advanced version of Inverted Cone Technology (ICT) to help maintain ball speed on off-centre strikes. Increasing forgiveness and delivering faster ball speed performance over a larger area, resulting in optimal distance performance. The face curvature with a corrective face angle is engineered to reduce side spin and deliver straighter shots. Twist Face provides more loft in the high toe and less loft in the low heel to produce more consistent spin where golfers commonly miss-hit. This makes it much easier to produce straighter shots with more confidence.

As well as having a new lighter face it is covered in NANOTEXTURE, a polyurethane cover. It has been used to fine-tune launch and spin to optimise distance performance.

The Carbon Reinforced Composite Ring unites the driver’s head into a singular force and frees up additional mass that has been strategically placed to deliver more forgiveness.

The asymmetric Inertia Generator was designed using advanced geometry and aerodynamic analytics to provide even faster clubhead speed on the downswing. The generator is fitted with an oversized rear weight to optimize MOI and forgiveness.
